Thank you for sharing this Shine!✨ What an inspiring and well balanced schedule. I want to incorporate digestion walks into my daily routine too that seems super beneficial. I love that you incorporate siestas into your day. That’s awesome. I wish siestas were normalized in America -.-

While I eat I like to watch sermons from my favorite pastor or my fav vloggers content but I’ve been trying to challenge myself to eat without entertainment more also. My ideal routine for next month would be 1. Morning reading time 2. yoga/breathwork 3. gym, 4. music stuff (practice piano or guitar or make content), 5. make content for my business 6. study Spanish 7. relax 8. spend time with my family 9. spend time on one of my hobbies 10. nightly self care routine and then my nightly journaling/prayer time 😃
